Our Story
Living off the Land
Located in the gentle rolling hills of Southern Indiana and inspired by our Catholic faith, Ad Originem was created with the desire to be good stewards of our land by preserving the dignity of God’s creation. Our family provides pasture/forest raised pork and chicken, and grass-fed lamb and beef. Carefully tending to the soil, the plants, and the animals that inhabit it through regenerative practices and rotational grazing techniques, each customer can feel confident and at peace about the quality of meat they are placing on their table.
Our Farm Store
Find high-quality meats from forest and pasture raised pork and poultry to grass-fed/finished beef and lamb. Our animals are raised in a natural and clean environment – producing a much healthier and higher quality end product. No hormones and antibiotics used on our farmstead.
